The gentleman that visited my elderly mother was amazing, so polite and making mum feel comfortable and explain each procedure. It was so convenient that the visit was made to my mums address as she is housebound. We will definitely use them again and I would highly recommend them.

The first time my elderly mum had her ears syringed so was feeling very nervous and the person that came to do the procedure, Rahveem was such a nice person and made her feel at ease and calm. The ear wax was very hard, so it took a lot longer than normal to remove, but he didn't rush. and had a bit of discomfort, but he really put her feelings first and didn't rush. So happy we chose this company and will be booking an appointment regularly from now on. We would recommend them to anyone who wants ear wax removal. So happy, thank you. Excellent service.

Excellent ear wax at home service from start to finish. Easy to book on the phone. Kept informed when the ear wax specialist, Ishmail was on his way. My 91year old father, had a brilliant experience. We used Ercol Olive Oil Spray a week before the appointment, to moisten the ear wax, which led to an easier to extraction, and all be removed without any discomfort to the ear. My father wears hearing aids, which can lead to a buildup of earwax in the ear. We will continue to use the Ercol Spray weekly and rebook for another visit in 6-months time.
